To Be (un)Clear

I get asked all the time… “what do you do exactly?” “But I thought you painted.” “I thought you designed.” The simple answer is, I do what I’m in the mood to do!

Most recently, I’ve been screen printing on clothing; putting my art on T-shirts; designing jackets… As long as I’m creating, that’s all that matters to me. I go in and out of phases and dive into the rabbit hole of whatever obsesses me at the time. Fortunately, I’m able to jump back out and happily work on something new for a client.

The best way to keep up with my current work is to hit that IG button up top or follow on FB. I can definitely understand why I’m a little confusing to some, due to the multiple social media platforms and now 2 online shops (because IG didn’t work with my Etsy). Trust me… I would much rather have it all under one roof!

So to try and sum up… I paint, design homes, clothing, jewelry and I love to build things.

FINALLY!

So excited to finally see this vision come to fruition. I have been obsessed with graphic t-shirts for as long as I can remember. I’ve had several printed… sold them and moved on. For some reason I just couldn’t keep it together. (squirrel)

As an artist/creative, I have a million things swirling around in my head and I day dream of doing them all. But reality doesn’t look like that. This website is a perfect example! I wish I had someone to take care of all the little details… I don’t! Which is why I have a menu at the top of this site that directs you to my social media and online shops. I mean, does anyone ever go onto websites anymore?

Most women my age are trying to do less and looking forward to not working. I can’t imagine that. I want to do more… design more… paint more… open more businesses… So here I am… adding another thing to my list.

Take a look at the 2 T-shirts I’ve posted… Yes, only 2 so far! LOL It’s a start and it’s only the beginning. I finally pushed myself to post the 2 shirts on my new Etsy, instead of waiting til everything is ready. I never think anything is ready to present. I think I have to get my ducks in a row… and when all the stars are aligned and everything is perfect… I can unveil! Well… that’s BS and it’s how I’ve held myself back so many times. I have no idea where all my ducks are! Yada, yada, yada. ENJOY!
